NORTH Chadd ‘B’ recorded the perfect score in the Hollands Pies Oldham Amateur Snooker League, defeating Deaf ‘A’ 6-0 at snooker and tooping that off with a 4-0 win at cards.
Danny Balcerzak’s break of 30 in frame one set the ball rolling, with Y Khan, S Mak, M Kennedy and K Leach completing the rout of Deaf, who before the latest round of fixtures were sitting at the top of the table.
Deaf ‘C’ are the new leaders after a 5-1 victory at newcomers Queensway. S Clarke’s break of 33 clinched the final frame and aggregate.
One point adrift in second place are Three Cs ‘A’, who put their ‘B’ team to the sword in a 5-1 success.
Royton Band hold a one-point lead in the cards section, over a group of four teams who are tied for second spot.
