DELPH’S Andy Kremner reckons he’ll be fighting for titles in the near future after convincingly outpointing tough guy Danny Little.
Welterweight Kremner (23) won all four rounds against ‘Lethal’ Little to gain a 40-36 point verdict from referee Mark Lyson at the Victoria Warehouse, taking his pro career to six wins from six.
Roared on by a terrific following, showman Kremner was rarely troubled as he roughed up his 30-year-old opponent.
“Danny’s been in the game a while and he’s a really respectful guy, and he says he thinks I’m going to go a long way. He thought I hit hard. I’ve got Manchester buzzing with that performance, and my support was brilliant too. I’m going from strength to strength.”
Kremner will take a short break before heading back into training. He recently signed a new management contract with Simon Clayton’s ‘Claymaker Promotions’ outfit.
