Fox brushes aside rivals in cup final

GOLF: 

PAUL Fox produced a superb end-of-season display to win the Autumn Cup at Brookdale.

The club’s final major of 2015 saw nine-handicapper Fox shoot a gross 73, nett 64, to win the prestigious prize by two shots from Gary A Smith (72-6-66).

Steve Boyle (71-3-68) beat Mike Taylor (76-8-68) in a card play-off for third.
