Jim McMahon MP: Report any fly tipping offenders

I would encourage residents to report any fly tipping offenders. It’s a big problem in our town and a few people spoil it for all residents.

I regularly report it when I find it, and the council are quick to clear it, but within days it’s as bad again.

It is clear from the waste being dumped that a lot of it is from landlords clearing out properties between tenancies, and bogus waste contractors who say they take to licensed tips but think nothing of ruining our town.
