Housing association seeks local contractors to help build much needed homes

First Choice Homes Oldham are seeking expressions of interest from local contractor’s that offer a full house building package to build 26 units across five sites within the Oldham area.

This comes as First Choice Homes Oldham carry out their commitment to provide over 800 new homes over the next five years.

Dave Woods, First Choice Homes Oldham Homes and Investment Director explained: “This will be an exciting opportunity for local contractors to secure new work while helping to provide much needed new homes for people in Oldham. There are currently 21,000 people on the waiting list for affordable homes across the borough.”
