Pair jailed following town centre theft

Peter Ellis and Lorna Walker have been imprisoned for 12 weeks
Peter Ellis (aged 48) and Lorna Walker (37) have both received 12 weeks imprisonment today following a charge of Theft and Fraud by False Representation.
That followed a theft from a person in Oldham town centre.
The pair were charged and remanded overnight, before attending court this morning.
