Two men due in court charged with murder

Two local men are due to appear in court today (Tuesday) charged with the murder of 22-year-old Mohammed Nabeel Hassan in Glodwick.
Mohammed Jama (aged 20) and Musa Jama (22), both from Ashley Street, are also charged with possession of a bladed weapon and set to appear at Manchester Magistrates’ Court today.
Police were called at around 3.20pm on Friday, to reports that a man was unconscious and not breathing on Waterloo Street.
Officers discovered Mr Hassan with a single stab wound.
He was taken to hospital where he sadly died.
