Third man charged in connection with Glodwick murder

Sadik Djama, of Longsight, has been charged with the murder of 22-year-old Mohammed Nabeel Hassan.
A third man has been charged in connection with a murder in Glodwick.
Sadik Djama (aged 22) of Deerhurst Drive, Longsight, has been charged with the murder of 22-year-old Mohammed Nabeel Hassan.
He has been remanded to appear before Manchester Magistrates' Court today (Thursday).
A 15-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man who were previously arrested in connection with Mohammed’s murder have been eliminated from enquiries and will face no further action at this time.
At around 3.20pm last Friday, March 9, police were called to reports that a man was unconscious and not breathing on Waterloo Street, near to the junction of Greengate Street.
Officers attended and discovered Mohammed with stab wounds. He was taken to hospital where he sadly died.
