Three-car collision close to town centre

Police attended a three-car collision close to Oldham town centre earlier today (Friday), when at least one person suffered minor injuries.
At 12.59pm just outside the Tommyfield pub on Henshaw Street, there was a three-car collision involving a white Seat Leon, a blue Clio and a blue Toyota Auris.
Meanwhile, earlier in the day there was a separate road collision close to the junction of Elm Road and Oak Road in Limeside.
A Greater Manchester Police statement read: "Police received a report at around 9:15am this morning that there had been a collision involving two cars on Elm Road.
"However, it doesn’t appear that anybody was seriously injured."
