Man's 'life-changing' injuries after falling on to rail track

A man has been left with serious, life-changing injuries, after he fell onto train tracks near Ashton on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers from British Transport Police were called to Guide Bridge Station at around 8pm on Tuesday night (November 20) to reports that a man had fallen onto the tracks.
Emergency services responded to the scene and the man was rushed to hospital in a serious condition.
Police have confirmed the incident and said they’re not treating the incident, involving the 31-year old victim, as suspicious.
