Emmerdale actor from Oldham denies attacking pensioner

An actor from Oldham - who stars in Emmerdale - has denied attacking a pensioner in a pub.
Mark Jordon, 53, plays Daz Spencer in the ITV soap, is accused of attacking the 68-year old man in Oldham in July.
He’s pleaded not guilty at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court to wounding and common assault.
The man allegedly had injuries including a bite.
Mr Jordon was granted unconditional bail until his trial.
He’s been a regular on Emmerdale since August 2017, having first appeared in 2014.
He has previously appeared in Heartbeat, Coronation Street and Casualty.
