Desmond McKenna has been charged with seven counts of robbery and six counts of possession of an offensive weapon
A man has been charged in connection with a series of armed robberies.
Desmond McKenna (aged 53) of Hopton Court, Hulme has been charged with seven counts of robbery and six counts of possession of an offensive weapon.
He appeared before Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on Monday, March 23.
He has been remanded in custody and is awaiting a court date for his next appearance.
This charge is in relation to seven armed robberies which occurred at commercial properties between Wednesday, March 11, 2020 and Friday, March 20.
