NINE people injured after double-decker bus crash in Rochdale

Nine people have been injured in a crash involving a double-decker bus in Rochdale.
It's reported that it struck a bridge on Station Road earlier this afternoon (Wednesday).
Police were called shortly after 2.10pm.
In a statement to the Chronicle, GMP said: "Nine passengers on board the bus have received minor injuries and are receiving treatment from emergency services.
"Richard Street and Station Street have been temporarily closed while the scene remains in place.
"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing."
