Man wanted after breaching prison licence conditions

Nineteen-year-old Martane Butler is wanted on a recall to prison after breaching his licence conditions.

Butler is white, 5ft 11in tall, with light brown wavy hair, blue eyes, and speaks with a Liverpool accent.

He has links to Bootle, Wavertree, Anfield and Old Swan in Liverpool, as well as New Ferry on Wirral, Blackburn in Lancashire, Manchester, North Wales and Staffordshire.
