Rescue team dogs paid a visit to Donaldson's to get their yearly check-up and jabs
Oldham’s heroes of the snows, the Oldham Mountain Rescue Team, have given a special thanks to the vets who care for the team’s vital search dogs.
An OMRT spokesperson said: "Big thanks once again to Donaldson's vets and the Animal Rehabilitation Centre in Huddersfield for the continued support of our team's search dogs.
"All six of our dogs paid a visit on Christmas Eve under strict Covid-19 rules to say Merry Christmas, as well as to get their yearly check-up and jabs.
“We’d also like to say thanks to two of Donaldson's customers, who both gave donations to the vets, to be passed on to a charity of their choosing.
"They have donated these to Oldham Search and Rescue Dogs and both our incredible dogs and their loyal handlers - we are very grateful.”
