Dry spell looks set to continue for the rest of the month
Date published: 19 April 2021

Sunshine has been the order of the day in Oldham today (Monday)
The current spell of dry weather in Oldham could well be set to stay right until the end of April.
Today (Monday) has been a beautiful day so far, with temperatures hovering around the 16 degrees mark.
Even UV levels are reportedly getting close to 5, so suncream is being advised if you're sat out soaking up some rays for a while.
Although experts insist the dry weather will continue for quite some time, temperature levels are likely to drop off a little over the coming days in Oldham.
Bright spells will probably fade a little as cloud arrives tomorrow, while temperatures will only reach a maximum of 15 degrees.
Wednesday will see more brighter spells returning, but again temperatures will dip to around the 13 mark.
As we head towards the weekend, however, temperatures are set to creep back up towards the 15 and 16 mark on Thursday and Friday as the sun continues to try its utmost to break through minimal cloud cover.
