Pair charged following fatal stabbing of a teenager

Police were called to a report of a stabbing on Peveril Road
Two people have been charged following the fatal stabbing of a teenager in Salford.
Kaylan Crankshaw (aged 27) of Dauntsey Avenue, Salford and a boy aged 17 who cannot be named for legal reasons have been charged with murder.
They will appear before Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court today (Monday).
Police were called shortly after 8.15pm on Wednesday, April 21, to a report of a stabbing on Peveril Road, Salford.
Seventeen-year-old Josiah Norman was taken to hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Police continue to appeal for information.
