Pearson volunteers Suzanne and Dawn get stuck into the jet-washing at Maggie's
What a difference a day makes - or in this case a morning down at Maggie’s Cancer Care in Oldham.
Staff from Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers popped on their wellies and got stuck in to some much-needed power-washing as the centre continues to welcome more and more visitors.
“It’s great to make such a difference and getting staff involved in volunteering and helping our local community really is so worthwhile on many levels,” said Suzanne Wright of Pearson.
“Hopefully visitors can enjoy the nice clean patio and garden at Maggie’s.”
Laura Tomlinson of Maggie’s added: “We always absolutely love having the team from Pearson here with us lending a hand and working their magic!
"We’re always looking for helping hands, so if you think you and your business can help, we’d be so happy to hear from you.
“We simply can’t do what we do without the invaluable support of volunteers.”
Call Laura at Maggie’s on 0161 989 0553 for advice on how your business can get involved.
