That's magic! - Rob's diary is filling up nicely again

Hugely popular locally-based magician and illusionist Rob Bardsley is over the moon that his diary is beginning to fill up once again following the devastating Covid-19 pandemic.

Dukinfield-based Rob, who has performed in Oldham on numerous occasions over the years, has been busy working on new material and routines during the lockdowns, and now he can’t wait to hit the stage in earnest once again soon.

Relieved Rob said: “It’s such a good feeling to be out of lockdown and getting back to some normality.

“I’m so excited for everyone to get the chance to finally watch some live entertainment again.”

Rob took up magic at the age of 10 when he received a magic set for Christmas, but he didn’t start developing and truly honing his craft until his late teenage years, when he was tutored in magic, thus helping him ‘fall in love’ with the industry more.

He now performs everything from illusion shows and close up magic, to providing children’s entertainment.

His magic shows provide good old fashioned family entertainment that is suitable for any ages.

Over the years Rob has performed at numerous prestigious shows at large hotels, and has also showcased his remarkable skills in front of some major ‘A-list’ celebrities, including tv, film and sporting stars.
