Terry Bruce, of Liquid and Envy in Oldham, is celebrating after the UK’s largest operator of late night bars and clubs crowned him its General Manager of the Year for the North and Scotland.
REKOM UK recognised its brightest stars at its annual awards ceremony and honoured Terry for his outstanding contribution to the success of its Waterloo Street venue.
His enthusiasm, leadership and commitment to the town’s nightlife were praised at the event hosted by chief executive Peter Marks.
Terry said: “I love my job and to receive such recognition is an added bonus.
"These have been challenging times for our sector, but I have a great team at Liquid and Envy and we work hard to make it a club where people can enjoy a great night out and memorable experiences.”
Regional director Richard Taylor added: “Terry brings a wealth of experience to his role and has real passion for what he does.
"He puts on a fantastic show every weekend, consistently creating new experiences for his guests.
"An excellent two years of trading prior to lockdown means Terry is the very deserving winner of this award."
The awards ceremony was held at the De Vere Staverton Estate in Daventry.
