Police respond to youths throwing fireworks at trams in Chadderton

Police at Freehold Metrolink stop
Police were deployed to a tram station in Chadderton this week, after reports of youths throwing fireworks.
They patrolled an area close to Freehold Station, to ensure the location was safe.
In a tweet they said: "Come rain or shine our #GMPTransport unit officers will respond to incidents on the transport network.
"Tonight there have been youths throwing fireworks at trams near to freehold station.
"Please know where your children are."
