Woman in critical condition after being hit by car in Oldham

The accident happened on Oldham Way
A woman has received life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car in Oldham.
It's understood the woman was struck by a Vauxhall Corsa whilst crossing Oldham Way at around 7.40pm last night.
The woman was taken to hospital, where she remains in a critical condition.
The driver of the Corsa stayed at the scene to assist police.
