M62 delays following car fire

All four lanes were closed earlier this afternoon

The M62 Eastbound between J21 (Milnrow) and J22 (Denshaw) has been blocked due to a vehicle fire.

All four lanes were closed for a time this afternoon as emergency services attended.  No injuries have been reported.

Traffic was held until 3.30pm when two lanes were re-opened.

All lanes have now re-opened but delays are expected until areound 4.30 this afternoon.

Traffic cameras show four lanes of standing traffic affected by the closures.
