Wanted man frequently visits bookmakers

Police are appealing for the public's help to trace Ian Sparkes from Oldham and Blackpool.

Sparkes (aged 34) is wanted on recall to prison.

He was released in November 2021 after being jailed for assault in October, 2019.

He is known to have links to the Failsworth area of Oldham, Tameside and also Blackpool.

Sparkes frequently visits bookmakers in all areas.
