Man wanted after breaching license conditions

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man from North Manchester.
Thomas Hill (aged 31) was released from prison in October, 2021, after being jailed in January, 2017, for wounding with intent to cause grievious bodily harm.
He is wanted on recall to prison after breaching the conditions of his license.
Hill is known to have links to the Blackley and Moston areas, as well as the whole of North Manchester.
He is also known to frequent Cornwall.
