An Oldham driver is facing a court appearance after FIVE children in the car they were driving weren't wearing a seatbelt.
Greater Manchester Police's Road Policing Unit made the discovery and posted the outcome on social media.
A post on the GMP Traffic Twitter page read: "RPU inspector stopped this vehicle in Oldham.
"Seven occupants with five children not wearing a seatbelt.
"Driver/mother gave false details throughout, but didn’t out-fox the officer.
"Summonsed to court for multiple offences. #fatal5 #tellingporkies."
