Wanted man could be in Oldham

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man from Wigan, who has links to the Oldham area.

Ellis Rocks (aged 23) was released from prison in July, 2022, after being jailed in May, 2022, for criminal damage.

He received four months and three days imprisonment.

Rocks is known to have links to the Wigan and Oldham areas of Greater Manchester.
