Bank card thief - police issue appeal for information

Police are appealing for help to identify a man they wish to speak to in relation to a number of bank card thefts in Rochdale.
An elderly man’s bank card was stolen earlier this month at the three ATM machines at Morrisons on Kingsway in Rochdale after he was distracted by the offender.
The card was then used to withdraw £250 at an ATM at the Shell Eagle Service Station on Queensway in Rochdale.
At least two more victims were targeted after also being distracted.
Enquiries have been ongoing since early September.
