The Oldham Mountain Rescue Team welcomed Peter Archer, who brought a very generous £200 donation from the Saddleworth Charity Beer Festival.
The team gave Peter, a former team member, a tour of their Greenfield base to show him just how much things had changed in the 50 years since he'd been involved.
Said OMRT leader Rob Tortoiseshell: "Everyone at OMRT is hugely grateful for these donations, which help us to continue to help others.”
