Members of the Oldham Mountain Rescue Team visited Livingstone Primary School in Mossley
Oldham Mountain Rescue Team were delighted to visit Livingstone Primary School in Mossley to thank their Junior Award Scheme for Schools team - like Duke of Edinburgh for primary schools - for their very kind donation.
JASS had raised funds and shared the proceeds between OMRT and their friends at Emmaus.
A rescue team spokesperson said: “It was a great opportunity to have a photograph taken with those involved.
"There was a further surprise as one of the team’s dearly departed stalwarts, John Edwards', granddaughter was part of the group that raised the money.”
