Oldham Mountain Rescue Team were delighted to welcome Uppermill Brownies to the team’s base as part of their normal weekly activities.
They listened to a talk about mountain rescue and then had a good look around the garage and got to experience the equipment the OMRT volunteers use.
After some fun in the team’s cold garage, the Brownies got to experience the warmth that one of mountain rescue clan tents provides to casualties out on the hill.
