Adrenaline filled Tough Mudder challenge is heading back to Heaton Park

The globally recognised brand, Tough Mudder, is gearing up for its next event of the year as it welcomes those who dare to take on Heaton Park for a weekend that promises an electric and unforgettable course.

With upgraded and classic obstacles, returning participants will push their limits alongside new entrants who can finally get a taste of the unique experience.

Testing grit, teamwork and camaraderie, the duration of the course will force entrants to experience a range of emotions.

Over 7,000 participants will take on the challenge to earn a finisher's headband and show off their weekend triumph.

Overcome fears and doubts across a range of distances on both Saturday and Sunday event waves. 

Event details and distances:

● Tough Mudder 5K: A Tough Mudder classic, however do not be fooled by the short distance, with 13 physically demanding obstacles, the event requires an elite mindset to conquer.

● Tough Mudder 10K: For those who want to challenge their limits to extreme lengths, this course contains 20 monstrous obstacles and sets out to either make or break your day.

● 1 Mile Lidl Mudder Adventure: With many obstacles included, the one-mile muddy obstacle course is the perfect event for children who seem to have unlimited energy, the adventure encourages children to get muddy and perfect their teamwork.
