The community of Royton will be hosting a scarecrow festival, starting next week.
Chief organiser Charlotte has revealed that 80 scarecrows have already registered for the event, which takes place between October 14-31.
People from all over Royton and beyond have been busy making their scarecrows, including from St Paul's school to the Tandle Hill Tavern, and many more homes and businesses in between.
Maps are currently being sold for £2 and the money made will be donated to a local charity.
