Royton and Crompton Academy students shine in end of year performing arts showcase

Students at E-ACT Royton and Crompton Academy took to the stage to demonstrate their exceptional talents in the end of year Performing Arts showcase.
The event was a huge success, with students delivering impressive performances that kept the audience entertained and enthralled throughout.
The showcase featured a wide variety of acts, including performances of play extracts, improvisational pieces, and a range of solo and group musical numbers.
These performances were carefully crafted and rehearsed in the school’s Music and Drama clubs, and demonstrated the students’ commitment and enthusiasm for performing arts.
Mike Nelson, Head of Performing Arts at E-ACT Royton and Crompton Academy, said: “The Performing Arts showcase was a testament to the hard work and passion of our students.
"Their performances were outstanding, and it was wonderful to see their talents celebrated on stage.
"We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them.”
Gemma Cottingham, Headteacher at E-ACT Royton and Crompton Academy, added: “The Performing Arts showcase was a really enjoyable evening for everyone.
"Our performing arts students are amazingly talented and it was wonderful to see them sharing their skills.
"A big thank you must also go to Mr Nelson for all his hard work in putting together such a great event.”
