Some of the Oldham Mountain Rescue Team had the privilege of meeting with a couple of members from the talented group responsible for this year’s Delph’s Well Dressing Design.
The team were incredibly touched when we learned the group had dedicated this year's design to celebrating the rescue team's 60th anniversary.
It really is wonderful to know that the community is joining in the celebrations.
Said an OMRT spokesperson: "The intricate design, made entirely out of locally sourced flower petals, is absolutely inspired.
"We want to thank everyone involved for celebrating our anniversary in such a beautifully unique way.
"It must have taken hours of work and dedication.”
