A scene from the rescue incident at Tandle Hill park
On Sunday lunchtime, Oldham Mountain Rescue Team was contacted by North West Ambulance Service for assistance with an elderly lady who had collapsed in Tandle Hill country park.
The team was deployed and was soon on scene.
The ambulance crew was looking after the lady, but needed help to move the patient from near the trig point to their ambulance.
The team placed her on a stretcher and moved her into their 4x4 vehicle for the short trip to the ambulance.
Thirteen team members were involved for two hours.
