Autumn Parish Church showpiece concert beckons

The choir will be performing Handel's Messiah at Oldham Parish Church
Oldham Choral Society has invited everyone to their autumn concert on Sunday, November 2 at 4 pm in Oldham Parish Church on Rock Street.
The choir will be singing Handel’s masterpiece, Messiah, under the baton of Dr David Cane.
The soloists are Juliet Montgomery-Edwards (soprano), Imogen Garner (mezzo-soprano), Chris Warrington (tenor) and Aidan Montgomery-Edwards (bass).
Accompanying the choir are Paul Thomas (trumpet), Gary Hulme (organ), Duncan Robertson (harpsichord), and the Cosmo Quartet from Manchester University.
Tickets cost £15, £5 for students and £1 for under 12s.
