The festival will culminate with acts playing on a large stage in Piccadilly Gardens in front of 5,000 people.
Manchester Radio Online will broadcast live from the festival which will take over venues such as Night and Day, Dry Bar and Moho Live.
Art events, such as a treasure trail, graffiti demonstrations and street art will take place throughout the festival.
