BEATS:
CALIFORNIA rockers Thrice have ditched their stale old rule book to do what comes naturally.
The lads forgot their usual formulaic approach to writing for new album “Beggars” and it seems to have worked.
The quartet formed in 1998 and debut album “Identity Crisis” followed in 2001.
Five albums followed and the band toured extensively across the world to an ever growing army of fans.
Thrice became notable for donating a portion of sales profits from each of their albums to charity.
Catch them in action at Manchester’s Academy 2 on Wednesday.
