ROCKING quintet The Rumble Strips are hitting the road to treat fans to tracks from their new album “Welcome to the Walk Alone”.

The band will play Manchester’s Club Academy on Monday.

DANISH perky popstrels Alphabeat will share the stage with one of their idols when they support Lady GaGa on her UK tour.

New single “Hole In My Heart” is out next week followed by the second album, “The Spell”, in March.

The six-piece are planning on outrageous costumes for the Monster Ball tour, which visits the Manchester Arena on Thursday, to compete with the notoriously outlandish Lady GaGa.


BOSTON rockers Boys Like Girls credit their fans for helping them to progress as a band after three years on the road.

And to show their gratitude, the band will take to their tour bus once more for a new run of gigs showcasing their new album “Love Drunk”.

Boys Like Girls are at the Manchester Roadhouse on Thursday.
