Bully for you, Ms Pratt

WHAT KATI DID NEXT: I’m utterly fed up with all this sleaze.
No, not the Page 3s and the top shelves, no, the darn politicians of this country and their insatiable appetite for making a complete hash of things.
However I have to say they’re not being helped along at the moment.
Let’s just stop for a moment and consider the bullying allegations made by one Ms Christine Pratt. Ms Pratt, who has a name, surely, to go down as the most ironic in the history of attempted backstabbing, has caused a huge amount of negative press, not only for herself, but also for the many different support groups set in place for the benefit of people who have been bullied, due to her allegations against the PM.
Let’s think about it for a minute, come on let’s slip on Gordon’s slingbacks for a second and consider the immense amount of pressure that man is under.
He’s not had an easy time of his premiership, bombs, floods and now the recession, a bit of a struggle let’s be honest and now it is alleged he is a right royal bully.
There is never any excuse for bullying, ever.
So he deserves a jolly good dressing down, if that is the case, but I would like you to hold your hand up if you have not, under very stressful circumstances, lost it a bit.
Is that a hand at the back? Nope, I thought not.
We would all like to think we are whiter than white but we are not, let’s admit it, and GB is only human after all.
It has been decided, by another news story appearing, that these claims are unsubstantiated and therefore supporters of Ms Pratt’s charity have been jumping ship quicker than the rats on the Titanic but not without good cause it seems.
Due to these unsubstantiated claims, it has emerged that her helpline was used to “find business for her husband’s human resources consultancy,” and it has been alleged that she charged members of the public for the support she has supposedly given via her helpline.
With a catalogue of sleazy events such as these behind her if we don’t see her in the next cabinet, Labour or Tories, I’ll be gobsmacked.
