Beats: MAKE it a party night to remember at the Warehouse Project in Manchester on New Year’s Eve.
The WHP fifth anniversary bash will see Q Award winner Mark Ronson (right) team up with Radio One favourite Annie Mac (left) for a fantastic climax to 2010.
Producer Ronson will headline the event at the Store Street venue, spinning the decks to send revellers into a frenzy.
His production credits and collaborations are the envy of many having worked with some of contemporary music’s biggest stars and played at some of the most exclusive events in the world.
His work on Amy Winehouse’s super selling “Back To Black” album paved the way for collaborations with Lily Allen, Daniel Merriweather and Adele on his second album “Version”.
Iconic Radio One DJ Annie Mac will be making her second WHP appearance of the year when she takes to the decks to mash up some of 2010’s biggest dancefloor fillers. Also on the bill are Retro/ Grade, Jaymo & Andy George, Krysko, Greg Lord, Now Wave DJs, Ken Evil, Rich Reason, Juicy and Will Tramp.
The Warehouse Project was set up in 2006 when three event promoters put into life an idea to launch a guerrilla-style club. The original WHP opened on Friday and Saturday nights for a three-month period each year in the old Boddingtons Brewery before moving to its current home underneath Piccadilly Train Station.
Tickets for the event, which runs from 9pm-5am, are £15 in advance from www.ticketline.co.uk or 0161-832 1111.
