Aspect aiming to be the winning team

Date published: 05 September 2018

An IT consultancy in Oldham will mark its 15th year in business with a charity football match on September 13.

Aspect IT will go head to head with fellow town-based business, Web Applications UK, in support of the Alzheimer’s Society; a charity dedicated to helping people affected by dementia.

The match, which will take place at Soccer Factory in Rochdale and kick-off at 7pm, is a celebration of the firm’s 15th birthday.

Guests are invited to watch the match and make a small donation to the cause.

Aspect IT will also donate £15 for every goal scored, up to a maximum of £200.

Established in 2003 by directors Peter Dorotiak and Ian Howarth, Aspect IT provides IT services to small and medium sized businesses in Greater Manchester.

The Alzheimer’s Society is an organisation significant to director, Ian Howarth, whose family has recently been affected by the disease.

Peter said: “We’re thrilled to be able to celebrate the last 15 years as a team, doing something we all enjoy.

"It’s great to be able to get out of the office and do activities together outside of work.

"We’re confident we’ll be the winning team of course, but the main thing is to bring our team together, whilst raising money for a fantastic cause.”

Donations for the event can also be given through Aspect IT’s JustGiving page: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/aspectit
