Alan Andrew's winning image ‘Waiting for trouble’
The Oldham Camera Club and South Manchester Camera Club went head to head in a photographic competition which ended in a draw.
The format was over Zoom, with each club submitting 15 images in digital format.
Alan Andrew had a fantastic night with the winning image ‘Waiting for trouble’, which netted the maximum 20 points available.
Alan also scored 19 with ‘Geisha Girl’ and ‘George and the dragon’, while other 19 pointers were ‘Benjamin’ by Steve Riley and ‘Praying Mantis’ by Phil Livesey.
A return competition is planned for later in the year.
Oldham Camera Club has reduced its membership fees by half for the first six months of 2021.
The fees are now £10 per quarter.
Currently, meetings take place on Zoom on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm.
