The sights and sounds of Oldham are set to feature in a brand new Greater Manchester edition of the increasingly popular Taxi Board Game.
The game is based on the working life of a Greater Manchester cabbie, and the better your knowledge of Greater Manchester, the better the tips and the more you earn.
The questions cover various subjects, from the history of the area, famous people, sport, famous buildings, pubs and clubs and notable events that have taken place in Greater Manchester.
Derek Carroll told us: "A few years ago I created and launched an Edinburgh edition of The Taxi Board Game, and now we now have 18 sports and city editions.
"This year we are launching our Greater Manchester edition, which includes many questions on Oldham.
"They include whhich band, formed in Oldham in 1983, was Noel Gallagher a roadie for?
"Also, there's name the former British hangman who ran a pub in the Hollinwood area of Oldham in the 1950s."
