Oldham resident, national and international musical theatre star, Gary Davis, is to perform a fund-raising concert for a Sholver church.

He was one of the International Twelve Tenors for three years touring Europe and China.
In a break in his contractual work, he is now performing at St Thomas Church in Sholver - on July 4 from 7.30pm - to help them raise funds for the upkeep of the church.
Linked with anecdotes and stories of touring life Gary’s repertoire will include songs from the musicals of the fifties, the “Golden Age” of the musical up to the present day.
Massive hits such as ‘On The Street Where You Live’, ‘Some Enchanted Evening’ and ‘Music of the Night’ will be sung alongside the occasional Aria from well-known operas.
Tickets are £5 each and available from the church via their Facebook page.
Refreshments will be available and all proceeds will go to the church.
