NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land to the west of Broadway and Milton Drive, Chadderton.

Take notice that an application is being made by: FO Developments LLP. For:  Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a residential development with vehicular access onto Broadway and Milton Drive; car parking; roads; landscaping and associated works and infrastructure.
