On 18th October, 2022, Douglas passed away, aged 78 years.
His funeral will take place on Wednesday, 2nd November with a committal service at Oldham Crematorium at 11am prior to a service at St. Thomas' Church, Delph at 12 noon.
Douglas was a dearly loved uncle and friend.
