WELCOMING smiles from the audiology team at Cannon Street Clinic
HELPFUL, understanding, pleasant and for ever smiling — that is the shining picture, painted by a grateful patient, of the entire audiology team at Oldham’s Cannon Street Clinic.
The 16-strong team sees more than 20,000 patients every year, and prides itself in offering a friendly service.
Frank Renzulli, professional adviser for the audiology team, said he was very proud it had been nominated for a Pride aware.
He explained: “The team carry out hearing assessments and fit hearing aids, screen babies and schoolchildren, and help people manage tinnitus.”
Based at Cannon Street for more than 20 years, the team is part of Oldham Community Health Services.
Mr Renzulli said: “The most important thing for us is that we provide a service that meets patients’ needs.
“We really do treat patients with dignity and respect from the very first point of contact at reception right though to clinical work.”
Margaret Denise Hall nominated the team, saying: “They always give such good advice.”
She was thanked for making the nomination by Mr Renzulli, on behalf of the audiology team.
