Date published: 09 February 2009

At OCLL they want you to take exercise personally.

The wide variety of classes lets you pick the best way FOR YOU to increase your personal fitness level.

Whether it's Pilates, Tai Chi, Aerobics, Fitness Ball, Chair based classes or Aqua Fit, there's an option that fits your style, your interest and your ability.

Exercise and fitness instructors have different teaching styles, and some classes combine various fitness regimes.

Men and women are welcome at all classes. It would be best to check with your doctor before beginning an exercise program.

By exercising in a class setting is fun! The social interaction gives you that extra motivational push to keep going. If you get bored exercising alone, group synergy can help keep boredom at bay.
